Moon Rappin'" is interplanetary organ jazz. The album was actually inspired by a conversation Jack McDuff had with the moon. If the inspiration for the recording didn't give it away, this session was cut in the late 60's. Wah-wah guitar effects, flutes, exotica inspired vocals and expansive arrangements connect this release to 1969. Depending on the listener's temperament, this characteristic is a drawback or asset. For this listener, the album is pleasantly dated. Personally, I wish this recording went even farther into cosmos.

Moon Rappin' is an album by American organist Brother Jack McDuff recorded in 1969 and released on the Blue Note label
Jumpin' Jack Flash" is a song by English rock band the Rolling Stones, released as a single in 1968. Called "supernatural Delta blues by way of Swinging London" by Rolling Stone magazine, the song was perceived by some as the band's return to their blues roots after the baroque pop and psychedelia heard on their preceding albums, Aftermath (1966), Between the Buttons (1967) and especially Their Satanic Majesties Request (1967).
As "Jumpin' Jack Flash" begins, the stone EBA statues crack, allowing the EBA to break free. They then proceed to sing and dance, leading Earth's populace into a e celebration. At the end of the song ("Jumpin Jack Flash is a gas"), the agents and the people harness the power of music to fire a huge laser at the Rhombulan lead UFO, utterly destroying it and saving the planet. E from Vancouver, CanadaPeter Frampton performs Jumpin' Jack flash on his album 'Peter Frampton Comes Alive'. Its a very good album, but i highly prefer the original Rolling Stones version. Zack from Hinesburg, Vtwoah thats wierd.
I was born in a crossfire hurricane And I howled at my ma in the driving rain. But it's all right now, in fact it's a gas But it's all right I'm Jumpin' Jack Flash, it's a gas, gas, gas. I was raised by a toothless, bearded hag I was schooled with a strap right across my back.
