I'd not bother with a repress if I were the LHT. Stuff like this deserves to be hard to get on vinyl. Reply See 1 reply Notify me Helpful.

Calling shotgun in Jamie Blanco, whose productions have featured on the majority of LHT releases thus far and "Unknown Reason" is a fine lead track, all warm cascading basslines, bubbling synth touches (that occasionally sound like dolphins) and loose drums. Fx Mchn deviates into more abstract territory with the skittering, bass heavy beat down of "UFOD", whilst Late Night Audio opt for a more classicist vocal house bump with "Live For The Music". It's left to Facade to drop the tempo again with the wonderfully laid back "Transit". Another great 12" from the Trust! Played by. Joe Morris, Jacques Renault, Toby Tobias, ESS O ESS.
Bruton v London and Quadrant Housing Trust UKHL 26 is an English land law case that examined the rights of a 'tenant' in a situation where the 'landlord', a charitable housing association had no authority to grant a tenancy, but in which the 'tenant' sought to enforce the duty to repair on the association implied under landlord and tenant statutes.
Housing is central to understanding poverty and inequality in London. Housing costs push many Londoners into poverty and are a significant contribution to the fact that London's poverty rate is higher than in the rest of England. The indicators in this topic look at the nature of housing in London: the tenures people live in; the cost and quality of housing; and evictions. Average rent in London is more than twice the average for England, and has been increasing at more than twice the national rate over the last 5 years.
Central London Property Trust Ltd v High Trees House Ltd KB 130 Lack of consideration cam still amount to estoppel. The defendants, High Trees, leased a block of flat from the plaintiffs, Central London Property Trust. The property suffered from falling occupancy rates due to the outbreak of World War II in 1940, so the parties agreed to reduce the rent by half. However, it was not expressly agreed how long this would last for.
A section is needed on criticisms of Notting Hill who have moved sharply away from the original focus and objectives to provide sound property at fair rents when founded by Bruce Kendrick towards property development and speculation. Despite raising large sums of money via a bond for repairs, Notting Hill is notorious for not maintaining their properties.
