Adolescents, also known as The Blue Album due to its cover design, is the debut studio album by American punk rock band the Adolescents, released in April 1981 on Frontier Records. Recorded after guitarist Rikk Agnew and drummer Casey Royer joined the band, it features several songs written for their prior group, the Detours, including "Kids of the Black Hole" and "Amoeba", which became two of the Adolescents' most well-known songs.

After Rikk Agnew left to pursue a solo career and contribute to another classic debut album, . death-rock legends Christian Death's Only Theatre of Pain, the rest of the band recruited drummer Royer's roommate Steve Roberts on guitar and released this EP the year after the group's debut.

Blood so deep the horse must hold his head up highIn the valley of decision third of the world will dieBeat your hoes and plows into axes and spearsAs the armys meet in a battle they predict for years.
