Blue star Simon Webbe is resuming his solo career with the release of new album Smile, released by Soundwave Music, on 25th August 2017. The album will be launched with the lead single Nothing Without You (released on 12th July), which Webbe used to soundtrack his proposal to his now fiancé. Smile is the first collection of solo material from Webbe in a decade. To be honest I didn’t realise that much time had passed because I’ve still been going out there and doing a lot of gigs abroad, says Webbe

Smile was an album by The Beach Boys. Their bass player Brian Wilson wanted the album to be the follow-up to the album Pet Sounds. For some reasons, it was not released for over 30 years. After seeing the success that Pet Sounds had been, Wilson wanted to make an album that was even better. In late 1966, he started work on what he said would be "the greatest rock album ever made. He asked Van Dyke Parks to write words for new songs.

The set focuses on abandoned recording sessions from their unfinished 1966–67 album Smile which – if completed – would have followed the group's 11th studio album Pet Sounds. It features comprehensive session highlights and outtakes, while the first 19 tracks comprise an approximation of what the completed album might have sounded like.

Simon Says is the first album by the American bubblegum pop group the 1910 Fruitgum Company on the Buddah Records label. Released in 1968, it included two songs that appeared on the Billboard Hot 100-the most from any of the group's albums-although it was not their highest-charting album.
