Crater is a collaborative studio album between American drone/noise artist Daniel Menche and the American post-rock band Mamiffer. The album was released on November 13, 2015 through SIGE Records, an independent label founded by Aaron Turner and Faith Coloccia of Mamiffer. Crater was created over the course of four years and was inspired by hikes through the Pacific Northwest

Glass Forest is a three-track album; each track is simply numbered one through three. The first is a 24-minute-long variegated blast of horrific noise; it starts innocently enough, with a dark low-end drone punctuated by flickering glitches, but then quickly swells and devolves into blasts and grunts and hellacious groanings. The second track focuses more on the high end, and at a low enough volume is more or less bearable: it starts off sounding like a mangled recording of a telephone ringing, and then passes through a long stage of sounding like the EKG of a very nervous and unhealthy heart.

Catalepsy is an American deathcore band formed in 2004. They have released one EP, Godless, and two studio albums, Iniquity and Bleed. Catalepsy was founded in 2004 as a thrash/metalcore three-piece. From August 2006 the band's sound moved towards deathcore. They entered the studio in September and recorded two demo songs. In 2008, the band finished a tour with Hatebreed for their Live Dominance DVD release. They completed their first studio album, Iniquity, in January 2008
