The album was first produced independently, but was soon after leased to Day-Glo Records of Stockholm, Sweden. Later on, production of the album moved to Solid State Records, the same label as Living Sacrifice. In February 1999, Matthew Putman and Arthur Green left the band to go to Living Sacrifice, who were in both of Living Sacrifice's two last albums before they took a 5 year break.
