Someone with high functioning anxiety may be the picture of success. You might arrive to work earlier than everyone else, impeccably dressed, with your hair neatly styled. Coworkers may know you as driven in your work-you've never missed a deadline or fallen short in a given task. Not only that, you're always willing to help others when asked. What's more, your social schedule also seems busy and full.

High Anxiety is thrash metal without a purpose but it doesn't do all that much for me other than partially quench my metal craving. Spastic in performance and ideal in production, the sound quality of this album hits just right for thrash metal. This becomes a problem, however, during the more complex sections of the songs. The crazy parts are lost behind the somewhat lo-fi production. On top of that, the band might be very cohesive and in-sync, but that rarely on this album. 57. This album is just "alright".
