Nowhere is the debut album by British rock band Ride, released 15 October 1990. Rolling Stone called the album "a masterpiece", and online magazine Pitchfork called it "one of enduring moments". Ride released three EPs, Ride, Play, and Fall, prior to the release of Nowhere. Nowhere was recorded live-in-the-studio with producer Marc Waterman. Waterman had a mental breakdown, which resulted in Alan Moulder mixing the recordings.

Every song here tends to evoke the pictoral majesty of the Canadian countryside while never sounding hokey. Once you let these tunes seep into your psyche, you'll find there isn't a bum tune in the bunch.

Nowhere to Here is the sixth studio album by Blue Rodeo. A more electric rock album than the band's 1993 outing Five Days in July, the album was not as well received by critics and fans as its predecessor. It is generally viewed as one of the band's lesser albums, although "Side of the Road" and "Better Off As We Are" were notable singles.

Blue Rodeo builds a tight, almost psychedelic country-rock weave around such somber but beautiful tracks as Save Myself, Brown-Eyed Dog and Girl In Green. Sarah McLachlan provides backup vocals on all three cuts. Despite the solemn tone, the album holds true to Blue Rodeo’s heartland quality. Only now, months after finishing the album, Cuddy said he is just beginning to understand what they did. First of all, when we finished it, I didn’t want to listen to it again, he said. I haven’t listened to it that much
