Erin Pieronek asked: I am trying to remember what book I read discussed the benefits of a company not growing over 150 people. The example given was of a company in the midwest, if my memory serves me correctly, that would only have 150 parking places for a building. I remember hearing about someone who was triggered by an event with their child, and she began to remember her life as being sold as a sex slave and used for child prostitution as a child. She escaped in her late teens, but she blocked out her memory of it until twenty years afterwards. Thankfully she was seeing someone about problems her child was having at the same time, so managed to get the help she needed to deal with the unpacking of these events that started to emerge. Occasionally a long-lost memory will just pop into my consciousness unbidden. What I do, for example, is visit my 4th grade class. I try to re-create the room, what details I can remember, where I sat, and then I look around from face to face, trying to remember the kids who were in that room with me. I’ll try to see the teacher’s face in my mind.
