Dylan is an album compiled by Columbia Records consisting of outtakes by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released on November 19, 1973. The tracks were assembled and issued by the label with no input from Dylan himself. The album followed the artist's departure from Columbia for Asylum Records, and the announcement of his first major tour since 1966

Diamond in the Rough is the fourth studio album released by American country artist Jessi Colter. It was the second album issued by Colter in 1976; the previous was Jessi, released earlier in the year. Diamond in the Rough was issued as Colter's second studio album in 1976, containing ten new tracks, which included a cover of The Beatles's "Hey Jude"

The Eye is the fifth studio album by King Diamond released in 1990. It continues to feature a major storyline such as other King Diamond albums, though it is told differently. The Eye is the only album to feature drummer Snowy Shaw and the last to feature guitarist Pete Blakk and bassist Hal Patino until his return on Abigail II: The Revenge. His two prior concept albums had been told from the perspective of the protagonists; this one is told from the view of a narrator.

based new waver with strong rockabilly/roots rock leanings, Dyan Diamond showed a lot of promise as both a singer and a composer in the late 1970s but never broke through commercially. Diamond had some prominent figures in her corner, including gwriter Kim Fowley (known for his work with everyone from the Hollywood Argyles to The Runaways ) and the . based DJ Rodney Bingenheimer (who was playing punk and new wave at a time when most commercial radio DJs wouldn't go near either one). In 1978, she signed with MCA and recorded her promising, Fowley -produced debut solo album, In The Dark -regrettably, the LP didn't sell, and Diamond was dropped by MCA. The singer continued to play the Hollywood/L. rock circuit for a few years after that, performing a lot of original material that wasn't on In The Dark.

I wake up, dark thoughts Crush me like white lines I tell myself Don't quit, it'll be alright Sometimes I try all day Can't write one honest line But when I do The sun sets and I regret nothing. I'm digging for diamonds in the dark I never know what the night will bring I've still got fight left in my heart I give it everything I'm digging for diamonds in the dark I strike a chord and let it ring I give it every, give it every Give it everything
