This club is for hippies. If you are a hippie, you belong in this club  . Am I a hippie? Maybe a neohippie, because I did not grow up in the 60s and I do not have dreads. It's not just about smokin weed, it's about the love, man, and the trees(they deleted my tree club). And for those of you who have come to hate, you should leave. 3] After they decided to become a full time band, they officially adopted the name The Flower Kings, named after Stolt's album Activity. After performing a series of concerts through 1994, the band entered the studio in December 1994 to record their debut album, Back in the World of Adventures. The recording process was gradual, finishing in September 1995

Hippie fashion and values had a major effect on culture, influencing popular music, television, film, literature, and the arts. Since the 1960s, mainstream society has assimilated many aspects of hippie culture. The religious and cultural diversity the hippies espoused has gained widespread acceptance, and their pop versions of Eastern philosophy and Asian spiritual concepts have reached a larger audience. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band which was quickly embraced by the hippie movement with its colorful psychedelic sonic imagery.

Hippie culture spread worldwide through a fusion of rock music, folk, blues, and psychedelic rock; it also found expression in literature, the dramatic arts, fashion, and the visual arts, including film, posters advertising rock concerts, and album covers. Eventually the hippie movement extended far beyond the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and appeared in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Brazil and many other countries. The neo-hippie movement has also morphed into the ‘Green Movement. The Green movement is a political and social movement which advocates goals common to Green parties, including environmentalism, sustainability, nonviolence, and social justice concerns.

The product of this dissatisfaction was hippie culture, and from hippie culture sprang hippie communes–group living spaces, communities, or villages where like minded individuals could live simply like their agrarian ancestors (usually with the help of some mind altering substances). And, most notably, hippies placed communal needs and values above individual rights. Hippie communes became a prominent fixture in the American counterculture landscape in the second half of the twentieth century. Frida Giannini has has welcomed her first child, giving birth to a girl she named Greta. The creative director of Gucci, 40, and her husband Patrizio Di Marco, also the label's president and CEO, welcomed their daughter into the world on March 2. A spokesperson from the Italian fashion house confirmed that 'both mother and baby are doing well'.
