Loop is a collection of short, improvised ideas created over the span of about a month in the fall of 2011. Each track is meant to serve as the impression of a specific point in time, as well as being an exercise in a style of writing closer to ess. My name is Ben Sharp and I have been making music under the banner of Cloudkicker since 2007.

Album (Studio full-length). Track listing (Songs).

Loop is a music singles/eps/fan club/promo recording by CLOUDKICKER (Experimental/Post Metal/Progressive Rock) released in 2011 on cd, lp, vinyl and/or cassette.

After repeated listens I find this album very evocative. each separate tile seems to be a picture taken by Mr. Sharp. My impression is that each track is a brief musical recreation of these moments Mr. Sharp captured on film. The worst of everything Cloudkicker does normally. Rampant repetition with none of the good bits you usually find buried in the other albums.
